Beneath the visible applications lies an enormous physical foundation: electrical generation, transmission networks, data centers, communications systems, industrial facilities, water resources, and highly skilled labor.

These assets were built for earlier phases of growth, yet their value may increase as AI and advanced manufacturing place greater demands on physical infrastructure.

The objective is not to recreate the industrial economy of the past. It is to build upon its foundations.

Natural gas creates one level of value when sold as a commodity. That same resource creates substantially greater value when it supports electricity generation, which in turn powers advanced manufacturing or AI infrastructure.
